1. Who we are

randomgiveawaypicker.com (“the Service”) is operated by STELVY LLC. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service reads publicly visible comments from an Instagram post URL you provide and selects one or more entries at random. It does not require your Instagram login and never asks for your Instagram password or account permissions.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. You are responsible for running your giveaway in line with Instagram’s promotion guidelines and the laws that apply to you, including any prize, lottery or sweepstakes rules in your country.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Password recovery by email is not yet available, so store your password somewhere safe. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Pro subscription and billing

Pro costs $7 per month, billed in advance and renewing automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable tax, so the advertised amount is what you pay wherever you are.

Payment is handled by Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates) through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe is the seller of record for your subscription: it sells the subscription to you in its own name, collects and pays over any VAT, GST or sales tax due in your country in its own name, issues your invoices and receipts, and is the name that appears on your card or bank statement. Stripe handles the card details throughout; we never see or store them.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals and your Pro features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

5. Limits and fair use

Pro provides a substantially deeper comment scan than the free tier, but the amount of comment data reachable for any single post is limited by what the upstream Instagram data source returns and by a per-draw cap we apply to keep the Service responsive. Where a draw could not cover every comment on a post, the Service tells you so in the result.

We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, including automated scraping, reselling access, or use that places disproportionate load on our upstream providers.

6. Availability and accuracy

The Service is provided “as is”. It depends on third-party data sources that may change, rate-limit or become unavailable without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not guarantee that a scan reflects every comment on a post at the moment you draw.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STELVY LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including disputes with giveaway participants. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting paid subscribers will be reflected by the “last updated” date above and, where reasonable, notified before your next renewal.
